Ranking of scholarship-travelship winners Mazzotti Conference Buffalo 2025
The Single Cycle Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” is pleased to announce the selection process for 4 scholarships/travelships, each worth €3,800, for students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year. These scholarships will support attendance at the Mazzotti Anatomy Conference 2025, held in Buffalo, NY, from July 18 to July 30, 2025.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, students must:
✅ Be regularly enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year by February 28, 2025
✅ Have passed and verbalized Human Anatomy I and Human Anatomy II
✅ Have a minimum arithmetic average of 27/30
🚫 Students with unpaid university fees, disciplinary sanctions, or criminal records are not eligible
Application Process
📌 Deadline: March 14, 2025, by 6:00 PM

📑 Required Information:
- Full name, date and place of birth
- Fiscal code and matriculation number
- Year of enrollment and exam details
- Arithmetic average of all exams and specifically for Human Anatomy I & II
- Declaration of no disciplinary sanctions or criminal records
- Contact information (phone and email)
- IBAN for scholarship payment (no third-party accounts allowed)
Selection Criteria & Ranking
📊 Ranking will be based on:
1️⃣ Average marks in Human Anatomy I & II
2️⃣ Overall exam average
3️⃣ Total credits obtained in the degree course
4️⃣ In case of a tie, the younger student will be prioritized
Publication of Results & Scholarship Collection
📢 The ranking will be published on the Degree Course website (www.medschool.uniroma2.it), and students can request a review within five days of publication. The final ranking will be confirmed thereafter.
💰 Scholarship disbursement will occur upon submission of an attendance certificate from the host institution.
