All students of the University of Rome Tor Vergata receive a university email and free access to Microsoft services, including:

📌 Access After Graduation

According to official communication with the CCD center:

✅ Full services remain active for up to 1 year after graduation
📦 After that, OneDrive storage is reduced to 100 GB
📝 Office 365 license changes from A5 (full) to A1 (web-only)
💾 Students must manually back up files by downloading them locally

🏥 Medical Specialization (Specializzandi)

Students enrolled in medical specialization programs at Policlinico Tor Vergata (PTV) continue to enjoy the same services:

✅ Institutional email
✅ Full Microsoft Office 365 suite
✅ OneDrive with 1TB cloud storage
