Request for recognition of the activities chosen by the student
The request for recognition of the activities chosen by the student (which can be combined with the ADE offers of the teaching and ADA files ) must be presented at the end of each academic year through the following procedure:
a) Completion and saving in PDF format of the ADE/ADA activity recognition request form which can be downloaded from the button below
b) Uploading the application form and any additional documentation (e.g. certificates of participation) by filling in the specific Microsoft Forms form accessible from the button below
Recording of credits (for graduating students)
Graduating students, for the purpose of registering the credits relating to the chosen activities, must complete and send to the teaching secretariat, according to the methods indicated in the notice of submission of the graduation application, the form which can be downloaded from the button below
