INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS
From 2007 to 2012 he collaborates with the National Institute of Health and Safety (NIOSH) in Morgantown on Nanotoxicology research. As a product of this collaboration he has been co-editor with Prof Anna Shvedova from NIOSH of a multi-authored book on nano toxicology; he also published a paper on an international journal in cooperation with Anna Shvedova, and is performing experiments in conjuction with Vincent Castranova and Bob Mercer, both from NIOSH.
From 2006 to 2012 he collaborates with the Mc Master University-Health Research Information Unit- (Ontario- Canada) to the project MORE, aimed to assess the relevance for clinical practice of scientific articles published in leading Journals. He acts as rater of the articles published in the field of Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine

Teacher of Occupational Medicine at the 6 year course of Medicine of the faculty of Medicine of the Catholic University of Tirana (Albania). This University has an agreement with several prestigious Italian Universities (among which the University of Tor Vergata); according to this agreement, the degree obtained at this University is equalized to that achieved in the Italian Universities included in the agreement. Teachers are designated by the Italian Universities. At the same University he teaches also Integrated Management in the 5 year couse of Odontostomatology.
