Scholarship for USMLE Step 1 or Step 2 Examination Costs – A.Y. 2024/2025

The School of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” is pleased to announce a scholarship opportunity for students in the 5th year of the Medicine and Surgery program. Three scholarships, each valued at €3,000, are available to support students in covering expenses for the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) Step 1 or Step 2.

Eligibility Requirements:

Open to 5th-year students enrolled in the Medicine and Surgery program.
Applicants must either:
- Have ECFMG certification, verified via Form 186, or
- Have successfully passed Step 1, with appropriate certification.
Applications must be submitted by 13:00 on November 22, 2024.

Selection Criteria: Applicants will be ranked based on their submission of required certifications. Priority will be given to those who have completed Step 1. In cases of tied scores, students with an earlier certification date or more academic credits (CFU) will be prioritized.
